Dr Tamara Griffiths

Dr Tamara Griffiths is committed to practising cosmetic and medical dermatology with the highest level of quality and care and is leading national and international standards. Her areas of speciality include non surgical cosmetic procedures, aesthetic dermatology, allergy, dermatological surgery, hair and nail disease, inflammatory skin disease, paediatric dermatology and skin cancer.

Dr Griffiths received her dermatology training at the University of Michigan, USA and the University of Manchester, UK.  An American Board Certified dermatologist and on the UK Specialist Register, she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the British Association of Dermatologists. Currently a Consultant Dermatologist at the Dermatology Centre, Salford Royal NHS Trust, she has expertise in the diagnosis and management of diseases of the skin, hair and nails. As dermatology Training Programme Director for the North Western Deanery and Chair of the Specialist Training Committee, she is extensively involved in the recruitment and training of dermatology registrars at both regional and national levels.

Dr Griffiths is an internationally recognised key opinion leader in the area of cosmetic dermatology. As Honorary Lecturer at the University of Manchester, she heads clinical research on various aspects of aesthetic medicine and frequently interacts with broadcast and print media on the subject, which has included appearances on the BBC’s Horizon Programme and Channel 4’s How to Look Good Naked.

She is a founder member and President of the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group and is a spokesperson on aesthetic issues and Trustee for the research charity the British Skin Foundation. As past advisor to the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and current member of the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) she influences both national and international policy relating to cosmetic procedures. In 2007 she was voted one of Britain’s top doctors by Tatler Magazine.

Simone is extremely passionate about health through food and believes that food should always be associated with enjoyment and diversity. She is the lead Nutrition Adviser across all health areas both as part of our ethos Body Bespoke team and the Chelsea Bridge Clinic medical teams.

Simone is an experienced and pragmatic Nutritional Therapist. Her client-centered approach has a track record of achieving results with patients with a broad range of health issues, through her tailored nutritional and lifestyle advice devised specifically for each patient for optimum health. Above all, her clients appreciate her understanding, the wealth of useful information she shares and her commitment to see them through a result.

As a working mother, and having experienced a hectic corporate environment for many years, she understands the demands of everyday life and the challenges associated with eating healthily whilst attending to a busy schedule. Her recommendations are realistic and achievable and she is relentless in support clients with every possible tool she can devise from food shopping lists to easy recipes.

She is the lead Nutrition Adviser across all health areas both as part of our ethos Body Bespoke team and the Chelsea Bridge Clinic medical teams. Her particular areas of interest are:

James Farmer

James has the expertise and knowledge to help realise a client’s potential. His lovely personality and the way in which he skillfully and painstakingly guides clients from all backgrounds and all levels to gradually enjoy progress to the place they want their bodies to be is fascinating. James leads all guided physical activity as part of our ethos Body Bespoke team, and his team is second to none in designing and achieving the body shape of your dreams.

James Farmer

With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, James has the expertise and knowledge to help realise a client’s potential. His lovely personality and the way in which he skillfully and painstakingly guides clients from all backgrounds and all levels to gradually enjoy progress to the place they want their bodies to be is fascinating. James leads all guided physical activity as part of our ethos Weight Management team.

James graduated from Nottingham University with an honorary degree in Physiotherapy, and went on to specialise in sports rehabilitation and biomechanics. His interest moved into strength and conditioning, rebuilding athletes and clients following injury into peak physical condition.

As a result of his broad medical and complementary skills, James provides a completely unique approach that makes him one of the most sought after personal trainers in London. Regular clients include some of the most high profile people in the country, including the likes of Jessie J, Matt Smith, Florence Welch and Lily James.

One of his specialty areas is body shaping and peak physical condition in preparation for film roles, music tours, cover shoots and music videos, and he is trusted by the biggest record labels, movie productions and management companies in the country. His current projects include training Matt Smith for his role in the Terminator Genysis Trilogy, preparing Lily James for a year of red carpets events during the promotion of Disney’s Cinderella, and preparing Florence Welch for the physical demands of a 2 year world tour.

Iza plays a key role in assessing each patient and puts together all health programmes and new services at the Chelsea Bridge Clinic, working with patients and practitioners across a wide range of disciplines both at the clinic and within Ethos.

Iza is an experienced coach and mentor with over 15 years experience in coaching, executive development and mentoring, and has led a number of large-scale cultural transformation projects across large UK and European companies. Together with each of her patients, she develops a way forward toward more optimum health and prevention, addressing obstacles which may otherwise prevent results in a natural, open and effective manner.

Iza has a keen interest and specialises in stress prevention and management, using practical and simple tools that allow clients to become self-sufficient and therapy independent when it comes to stress. She is extremely passionate about enabling everyone to live life to the full. Other areas of interest include:

  • hypnotherapeutic therapeutical states
  • sports performance
  • non-liner leadership and problem-solving

Vanessa trained and qualified in Canada, gaining a BSc and a Diploma in Nursing. She soon gained an interest in medical and cosmetic dermatology, acquiring several essential skills along the way.

Vanessa trained and qualified in Canada, gaining a BSc and a Diploma in Nursing. She soon gained an interest in medical and cosmetic dermatology, acquiring several essential skills along the way.

Her work at Ethos includes carrying out skin consultations, performing diamond micro-dermabrasion treatments, administering medical-grade facials, chemical peels and laser treatments. Vanessa is also responsible for initial weight management patient triage. Vanessa is fluent in both French and English – a great benefit to our international, francophone clientele.
